What this site is
This website describes the exit planning and advisory services offered by SkyCrest Advisors, LLC, and provides educational tools and articles for managed service provider owners. It is general information, published for a business audience.
No advice and no engagement
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell a business or any security. Using this site, completing the assessment or submitting an enquiry does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship between you and SkyCrest Advisors, LLC. An engagement begins only when both of us sign a written agreement. You should obtain your own legal, tax and financial advice before making any decision about your business.
The assessment
The MSP Value & Exit Assessment produces an indicative, educational estimate from the figures you enter and a simplified rules-based model. It is not an appraisal, a formal valuation, a fairness opinion or a guarantee of any outcome. Please read the Disclosures page before relying on anything it tells you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, software and other material on this site belong to SkyCrest Advisors, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site links to other websites, including our scheduling provider (shown on the home page) and third-party video platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

Confidentiality of your enquiry
We treat enquiries and the figures you submit as confidential and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us anything you are contractually barred from disclosing.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the whole agreement between you and us about the use of this website, and they do not replace any separate written agreement we sign with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published here is the one that applies, from the effective date shown below. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
